I cannot confirm the bad reviews as a tourist. I was obviously a tourist, had two Caffè macchiati and two dolce and paid 4,40€ in total. Totally okay, friendly and attentive staff.

Le rapport qualité prix est excellent, le service un peu à la tête du client, mais nous avons été bien accueilli. Il est vrai qu'il y a souvent du monde, ambiance typique avec aussi des touristes. This pastry shop/bar is located right next to the entrance to the Archaeological Museum. The pastries are very good and very creamy. It's also a place where you can enjoy a bergamot granita, a Calabrian specialty. An experience not to be missed. The value for money is excellent, the service a little pushy, but we were well received. It's true that it's often crowded, with a typical atmosphere that also includes tourists. A good place to recharge before visiting the museum.

Soddisfano ogni esigenza del cliente (su richiesta della struttura in cui alloggiavo, mi hanno servito anche un cornetto senza glutine e senza latte!!!) Tutto molto buono, a partire dalla pasticceria a finire al caffè/cappuccino! Servizio veloce.

Dopo la visita al Museo Archeologico Nazionale di Reggio Calabria ed ai suoi infiniti tesori, non ultimi i mitici Bronzi di Riace, prendere un caffè o il gelato o la granita o il latte di mandorla, le brioches, i pasticcini alle mandorle, da Dolci Capricci è stata un'esperienza altrettanto esaltante. Il personale gentilissimo e simpatico. Da consigliare assolutamente.
